International Shipping Policy
All international orders are dispatched from our UK workshop.
For orders delivered outside the UK, customs rules, import taxes, duties, handling charges and postal or courier fees may apply when your order arrives in your country. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority, postal service or courier, and are outside our control.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs charges, taxes, duties, import fees, handling fees or other charges that may be applied on arrival.
We are legally required to declare all international orders accurately. Please do not ask us to lower the declared value, mark an order as a gift, or mis-declare the contents of your order. We are unable to do this.
Orders Outside the UK, Excluding the USA
Orders sent outside the UK, excluding the USA, are sold on a delivery and duty unpaid basis.
This means that you may be contacted by your local customs authority, postal service or courier and asked to pay any applicable charges before your order is delivered.
If you choose not to pay these charges, you may refuse delivery. If the order is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the items once they have been received back by us. The original shipping charge will not be refunded.
Any return shipping costs, refusal fees, customs charges or other costs incurred because of refused delivery may be deducted from your refund.
Orders to the USA
Orders sent to the USA are handled differently.
Any applicable tariff or duty charges for USA orders are prepaid in advance at checkout. This means there should be no further customs, tariff or duty charges due from the customer when the order arrives.
The amount shown at checkout includes the required USA tariff charge, along with the shipping cost. Once your order has been paid for, no additional tariff or duty payment should be required on delivery.
